RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of Pioneer Foods shareholders held on Friday, 19
February 2010, the requisite majority of shareholders approved the ordinary and
special resolutions proposed at the meeting.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
